Programmed in the MRI department

- Notify rep when patients with S-ICD, both models can be programmed remotely*

- A-209* / A-219*

CXR good for 60 days

- If no revisions

CXR to be cleared by a radiologist

- Document radiologist name, date, and time in screening form
