Cardiology order form needed always

- Form is good for 6 months / If no revisions

Remote representative needed, schedule date and time

- Phone or Facetime

Programmed in the MRI department (Rep not needed if one of the MRI modes is already active*)

- MRI Auto Detection* / MRI Auto Guard* / Auto Mode* / Pre-programmed by a rep with a scanning window*

CXR good for 60 days

- If no revisions

CXR to be cleared by a radiologist

- Document radiologist name, date, and time in screening form
